Nursing People with Chronic Diseases and the Elderly (15cr)

Objective

The students will be able to plan, implement, assess and develop nursing that supports the resources and engagement of patients with national diseases and the elderly within different nursing environments. The students will possess the clinical competence for nursing patients with national diseases and the elderly and can use electronic healthcare services and digital tools as required. They will be able to work in partnership with different organisations. The students will be able work cost-effectively and develop their own professional expertise.
