Objective
The students will be able to identify the main principles of occupational wellbeing, as well as taking into account the ergonomic and safety issues that affect how we work and applying this awareness when leading, e.g. groups at places of work. They will know the special features, drills and exercises of different wellbeing sports and how they affect customers. They will be able to apply different forms of exercise and sports to promote the overall health of their customers and can provide advice on how to use technology in wellbeing services.

The students are able to extensively apply their learning to previous knowledge with an innovative approach to sports technology and current wellbeing sports trends.
They are able to make extensive and expert use of wellbeing sports in professional situations and as a part of occupational wellbeing work.
The students are able to analyse, compare and apply wellbeing sports with different target groups.
They are able to identify the most typical problems associated with sedentary, lifting, and repetitive work and can extensively apply their knowledge of ergonomics.
The students take occupational safety and wellbeing perspectives into consideration while working.
They are able to work as members of a group, developing and promoting the work of the group according to professional ethical principles.

The students are able to apply their learning to previous knowledge.
They are able to describe and give reasons for the impacts of practising wellbeing sports and treatments as well as for their own professional approach in instruction contexts.
They are able to identify the most typical problems associated with sedentary, lifting, and repetitive work and apply this knowledge in practice.
The students take occupational safety and wellbeing perspectives into consideration while working.
They are able to work as members of a group to achieve common goals according to professional ethical principles.

The students are able to identify the main elements of occupational wellbeing.
They are able to identify the most typical problems associated with sedentary, lifting, and repetitive work and occupational safety and wellbeing perspectives.
The students are able to make goal-oriented choices when implementing and instructing wellbeing sports and exercise.
