Objective
The student understands the concept of service business where service creates the basis of value delivery. The aim is that the student recognizes different processes and development needs relating to services. The student knows the special features in service marketing and understands the importance of customer satisfaction and customer relation thinking as part of profitable business operations. The student can develop the services of the organization taking business principles into consideration.

The student shows critical judgement and takes future challenges in customer oriented service business into consideration. The objectives are reached on own initiative and in self-guidance.

The student names, understands and can make some use of the central basic concepts in service business. The whole is still descriptive and forming a clear whole is deficient.
The student can choose appropriate views of service business into development tasks. Skills and knowledge acquired earlier can thus be made use of. The student needs guidance.
