Objective

On completing the course, the students will be able to list sports funding sources and compile a project application. They will be able to describe the project implementation process.

The students are able to compile a project plan and funding application using an extensive knowledge base. They can draw conclusions pertaining to the impact of project operations and can list regional, national, and international funding sources. The students are able to critically assess their own work.

The students are able to analyse the significance of sports and exercise project work. They can apply the theory of sports and exercise promotion in their written outputs.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students are able to describe sports and exercise promotion planning and assessment and survey funding sources. They can describe the project process and compile a project plan and funding application. They can differentiate between everyday knowledge and research based knowledge.
