Objective
The course will develop student´s knowledge and ability to apply business model innovations as a value creation and value innovation strategy e.g. ability to generate new porducts and services, new product channels and to create new markets. Furthermore, this course will develop student´s ability to analyze business models to recognize its various components and develoment options and assess the performance of a business model innovation.
Student will gain critical insights into how to successfully lead a Lean transformation program in order to improve competitiveness of an organization. Student will understand the framework of Lean progress. Student can use Lean implementation tools.
