Osaamistavoitteet

The student will adopt the modern way of goal-oriented working used both in business and administration. The student is able to plan and implement a Project, use Project Tools and Collaboration Tools.

Global Business and intercultural Projects
Project Communication Management
Project Risk Management
Project Documentation and Project Management Tools
Learning project in accordance with the Proactive UAS strategy. The RDI project is connected with the Project Management course.

Arviointikriteerit, kiitettävä (5)

The students demonstrate knowledge of the project context and the project environment. The students demonstrate knowledge of the principles of effective communication, leadership, motivation, negotiation and conflict management and problem solving. The students are able to manage research, development and innovation projects and masters the methods of research and development work. Students will be able to plan and implement practical tasks associated with a business project.

The students demonstrate knowledge of the project context and the project environment. The students can demonstrate knowledge of the principles of effective communication, leadership, motivation, negotiation and conflict management and problem solving. The students demonstrate the ability to manage small international projects.
