Diversity ManagementLaajuus (5 cr)

Objective

Students will learn to develop interpersonal competencies, and management practices for leading and managing diverse and multicultural teams. Students will learn to develop expertise on how to lead diverse and multicultural teams effectively.
Students will learn leadership models and management theories and apply these with an international mind set within the intercultural context.
This course will be arranged abroad (Paris, France) together with a partner university.
