Internal and Surgical NursingLaajuus (7 cr)

Objective

The students will be able to apply a multidisciplinary knowledge base in the planning, implementation and assessment of nursing a patient requiring medical and surgical care. They will be able to use different nursing interventions as they instruct and support patients and their families during the various stages of illness and self-care. The students will be able to assess and develop internal-surgical nursing in different nursing environments.
