Objective

Main objective and sub-objectives of the course:

The learner will understand the importance of research and development in the development of professional competence. To be able to identify and exploit the potential of the region for innovative, multidisciplinary professional networking in collaborative networks through multidisciplinary projects.

The student will be able to develop evidence-based activities in support of the organisation's strategy. Students will acquire concrete tools and practices for researching and developing their own work and for development activities.
