Student
- examine your organisation's RAI reference databases or find out what information is available from the databases (note the studies)
- is able to critically analyze and interpret the information obtained through the RAI assessment
- is able to determine the change and development needs of the work community and organization on the basis of RAI comparison data
- is able to promote the development and management of high-quality social and health care services
- is able to consolidate, argue and evaluate R&D work based on RAI evaluations in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary activities in the social and health care sector
- is able to manage evidence-based RAI activities in the organization and work community
