Objective

The students will know different forms of group exercise and group instruction methods.
They will be able to develop group exercise practices / activity breaks that promote their clients' inclusion, empowerment and life management skills.
The students will be able to work in a networked manner with sports, culture and leisure actors, promoting the life management and inclusion of social services clients.
They will be able to take into account different customer groups and their needs in the planning and implementation of group exercise.
The students will know the effects of exercise on health and well-being and will be able to apply this knowledge in the planning and implementation of exercise for different target groups.

Content

Adapted exercise, special exercise, social strengthening / empowerment, inclusion, networking, third sector, public and private sector, group instruction and management from the perspective of exercise

The course involves 135 hours of study.
10 hours of teaching online.
Contact teaching / practical training / simulations / project:exercise practices 8 h and 4 h in groups
Planning of project assignment 4 h and assessment and feedback 2 h
Assessment: 0-5 (active participation in contact and remote teaching) (pass/fail; short exercise instruction sessions with own group pass/fail; planning and implementation of collaborative project 0-5)
