Objective
You will master the key concepts and theories of work and organizational psychology and be able to apply them to the functions of a company or other organization. You will know how to utilize work and organizational psychology to develop the operations of a work community, work environment, and organizational functions. You will understand their connections to the prerequisites for responsible business. You will understand the significance of individual well-being for the work community and the social and economic impacts of well-being on society. You will strengthen your self-awareness and communication skills and understand their significance for your own and the work community's well-being and functioning. You will know how to schedule and manage your independent work.
Content
You will examine the theories and concepts of selected areas of work and organizational psychology and apply them to organizational functions. Work psychology themes can include, for example, work motivation, work well-being, burnout or stress management. In organizational psychology, you can focus on leadership, teamwork, organizational culture, or conflict resolution.
