Objective

The student understands the basics of service business, where service forms the basis of value creation. The student knows the core concepts and special features of services marketing and understands the importance of customer satisfaction and customer relationship thinking as part of developing sustainable business. The student acknowledges the importance of customer experience and recognizes different processes and development needs. The student can apply diverse methods in services marketing. The student develops analytical and strategic thinking in services marketing.
