Objective
The student understands the significance of the facilitator's role in workshop activities and how to schedule and coordinate collaborative work. The student develops their interaction skills, adopts active listening, and ensures that workshop participants are heard. The student understands the importance of group dynamics and participant engagement in workshop activities. The student explores various co-design methods and working techniques. The student learns to be creative and solution-oriented, as well as to find practical solutions. The student enables the coordination of tasks and co-design during the workshop in a future-oriented manner and according to a planned schedule.
