Objective
This course is part of the module Family Health Promotion and Care. After completing the course Sexual Health, Pregnancy, and Normal Delivery: - you will be familiar with factors that protect and promote sexual health and will be able to provide guidance to customers - you will be familiar with the regular course and follow-up of pregnancy, childbirth, and puerperium - you will know how to evaluate the need for treatment of a patient in need of urgent sexual and reproductive care - you will know the basics of pharmacotherapy administered for genital diseases or during pregnancy and puerperium.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
- Student knows how to justify their description of the factors that protect and promote sexual health and can guide customers in said situations. - Student is able to assess the regular course of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium, is familiar with the most common follow-up methods and is able to interpret the results of such methods. - Student can interpret and analyse the need for treatment in the most common urgent sexual and reproductive health situations. - Student is familiar with the most common medicines for genital diseases and is able to implement medication safely during pregnancy and puerperium.

- Student knows how to classify factors that protect and promote sexual health and can guide customers in said situations. - Student can describe the regular course of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium and the most common follow-up methods. - Student knows how to assess the need for treatment in the most common urgent sexual and reproductive health situations. - Student can identify the most common medicines for genital diseases and consider of the special issues of medically assisted treatment during gestation and puerperium.

- Student knows how to list factors that protect and promote sexual health and can identify customers' needs for guidance. - Student understands the basics of the regular course and follow-up of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium. - Student can identify key needs for urgent sexual and reproductive care. - Student knows the list of the most common medicines for genital diseases and is aware of the special issues of medically assisted treatment during gestation and puerperium.
