Objective

Upon completion of the course, the student is able to name the human musculoskeletal system in Finnish and Latin: • Basic anatomical structures and movements • Superficial structures of the body from the front and back • Superficial muscles of the body from the front and back • Palpable (palpation-detectable) bony landmarks (points used to assess, for example, the symmetry of a person's posture) from the front and back • The most important bones from the front and back

Tämä opintojakso käy läpi perustermejä tuki- ja liikuntaelimistön anatomiasta ja on edellytys seuraaville opintojaksoille. Se keskittyy ihmisen perusrakenteiden ja liikkeiden tunnistamiseen sekä suomeksi että latinaksi. Se on osa Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulun (TAMK) fysioterapiakoulutusta, mutta soveltuu myös muille anatomiasta ja kehon rakenteista kiinnostuneille.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Passed: The student demonstrates proficiency in the essential knowledge of the musculoskeletal system anatomy and achieves at least 70% correct answers in the exam. Failed: The student's understanding of the anatomy of the musculoskeletal system is inadequate, and they scored less than 70% on the exam.
