Objective
After completing the study unit, the student
* understands the different responsibilities and roles of supervisory work and is able to act purposefully within them.
* understands the various dimensions of leadership behaviour and is able to evaluate and develop themself in leadership work accordingly.
* is able to develop different work communities and knows how the supervisor’s own actions affect the work community, teams, and individuals.
* is able to create a positive and encouraging working atmosphere in their work community and is able to build a continuously renewing operational culture effectively.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student has completed all components of the study unit with distinction. They have demonstrated interest and motivation to learn both independently and as part of a team, and have shared their competence with others. The student has mastered the course content and applies what they have learned from the literature, lectures, and other sources skilfully in tasks that analyse and develop working life.
