Objective
Upon completion of the course unit, the student understands the principles of a learning organisation as part of continuous renewal and is able to apply them in organisational development. The student understands the principles of systems-intelligent action and is able to develop operations in accordance with them. The student is able to utilise competence capital as a key competitive factor for the company and knows how strategy-driven competence resources are developed in a future-oriented, anticipatory manner.

The student has completed all components of the course with distinction.
