Learning Organisation and Knowledge Management (5cr)

Objective

Upon completion of the course unit, the student understands the principles of a learning organisation as part of continuous renewal and is able to apply them in organisational development. The student understands the principles of systems-intelligent action and is able to develop operations in accordance with them. The student is able to utilise competence capital as a key competitive factor for the company and knows how strategy-driven competence resources are developed in a future-oriented, anticipatory manner.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has completed all components of the course with distinction. They have demonstrated interest and motivation to learn both individually and as part of a team, and they have shared their competence with others. The student has mastered the course content and skilfully applies what they have learned from the literature, lectures, and other sources in tasks that analyse and develop working life.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student has performed well overall in the course assignments. They have been an active learner both individually and within a team. The student has demonstrated the ability to apply the knowledge and practices acquired from the literature, lectures, and other sources in tasks that analyse and develop working life.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student has completed the learning assignments for the course unit and, through them, has demonstrated mastery of the basic content of the course unit. There is substantial room for improvement in applying this to workplace situations and/or in sharing competence.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student has completed the course learning tasks and demonstrated through them that they have mastered the basic content of the course. There is considerable scope for improvement in applying this to working-life situations and/or in sharing competence.
