Objective

The student is familiar with the legal sources of labour law and is able to utilise them in their work community. The student has command of the key provisions of labour law and is able to apply them in their work community. In addition, the student is able to present legal information in a coherent manner. The student is able to act in a supervisory role in a solution-oriented and professional manner.

The student has completed all components of the module with distinction. The student has mastered the module content and skilfully applies what they have learned from the literature, lectures, and other sources in tasks that analyse and develop working life.
