Finnish for Russian Speakers (2cr)

Objective

After the completion of the course, - you are able to communicate in Finnish in some basic everyday situations - you can use simple phrases, express statements and ask questions and you know basic vocabulary - you are familiar with some key features of the Finnish grammar - you can apply your skills in practice, mainly orally but also in writing - you are able to independently expand your vocabulary resources and improve your Finnish skills using different sources.

Content

- introducing oneself - greetings - getting acquainted - simple conversation related to e.g. shopping and eating out, - elementary grammar

Materials

Finnish studies starting from CEFR level A1.2

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The assignments and the exam are to be completed by the specified deadline.

- online learning in Moodle environment - practice with videos and interactive tasks - independent progress based on weekly schedule - online exam
