This course consists of the "How to Lead Virtual Teams" interactive guide. The guide will:
- Introduce you to a fictional case study of a team and its team leader and members' experiences
- Share knowledge on theories related to virtual teams via asynchronous video lectures
- Offer tools for working virtually
- Challenge students with further readings of scientific articles
