Objective

The goal is that after completing the course, you will understand the basics of effective workplace communication, be able to choose the right channels for messages, and be capable of implementing workplace communication in face-to-face, remote, and hybrid work settings.

You will understand the significance of workplace communication and interaction for building organizational culture and community, as well as for providing a good employee experience. You will understand the connection between communication and work and organizational psychology, and its importance for a healthy work community and work atmosphere. You will also be able to utilize this knowledge and these skills in your workplace communication.

You will master the basics of communication skills as a supervisor and understand the importance of responsibility as part of workplace communication.

You will approach internal communication within organizations with curiosity and be interested in developing your own skills in this area further.

Execution methods

The implementation method is described in the implementation plan. The course can be completed independently according to the student's own schedule.

Accomplishment methods

The course requires 135 hours of the student's own work. The workload consists of attending online lectures and familiarizing oneself with other materials and literature available in the Reppu environment, as well as completing exercises/assignments. The course can be completed independently according to one's own schedule.
