Objective
The student knows the theories and concepts of self-management. He/she can analyze his/her own actions and habits, and set the goals. He/she recognizes the effects of constructive thinking to oneself and environment. The student recognizes the meaning of own emotion regulation to self-management and the meaning of compassion toward oneself.
