Objective

The student will adopt the way of goal-oriented working in projects, as a team.
The student is able to plan and implement a Project, use Project Tools and Collaboration Tools.
The students will be familiar with different types of events. They will gain the knowledge and skills in organizing an event.

Global Business and intercultural Projects
Project Communication Management
Project Risk Management
Project Documentation and Project Management Tools

Event management theory
Event typology and types of events
Operational and strategic dimensions of events
Event management or responsible role in an event

According to timetable given to students.

Materials

All the materials present in DevMoodle. Project and Event Management related literature complementary.

Teaching methods

Classroom contact teaching. Lectures and assignments to be done in class.

Exam schedules

Project management exam at the end of the project management module.

Student workload

5CR course equals to approx. 135 hours of student's work.

Content scheduling

Course is divided into three parts. Project management - lectures with an exam at the end (2 credits with a passing grade). Event management with a returnable assignment (2 credits with a passing grade). Practical project with a returnable assignment (1 credit)
