Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The students are able to analyse mechanical problems and produce alternative methods of solving them.
A commendable level requires that you get more than 90% of the maximum points in the exam.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The students are able to draw conclusions from the mechanical problems. They are able to divide problem solving into suitable parts and do secondary level equations and systems of equations.
A good level requires that you get about 70 - 80% of the maximum points in the exam

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students recognise mechanical quantities and units. The students are able to find suitable equations for solving mechanical problems and are proficient in using the required linear equations to solve them.
A satisfactory level requires that approximately 50 - 60% of the maximum points in the exam are obtained.
