Student
* is aware of main definitions and theories of self-management
* can analyze own performance and behaviour
* understands the theoretical foundation of Human Resource Management (HRM)
* recognize the importance of human resource management and human resources as a strategic success factor for an organization
* can develop HR management (recruitment, orientation, reward, etc.)
* strives for fair and supportive management of the work community, taking into account the diversity of the work community and the work community and its changes
* is familiar essential legislation covering HR

o Work organization and work design methods
o Personnel recruitment and recruitment process

o Standards related to the position of the immediate manager / manager and the employee's employment relationship
