Objective

The students are able to develop and demonstrate their ability to acquired knowledge and skills. They will deepen their professional competence by researching and developing solutions to work based problems. The students will demonstrate that they are able to employ critical, research based, developmental and ethical thought to develop their expertise.

Content

Studying and developing a solution to a work based problem.
Stage 1: Topic analysis, information retrieval, commissioning agreement (1 cr)
Stage 2: Thesis plan, presentation and peer supervision (5 cr)
Stage 3: Thesis implementation, reporting, presentation, peer supervision, and maturity test (9 cr)

Prerequisites

It is necessary to pass stage 1: Topic analysis and Research and Development Activity (3cr) before proceeding to the thesis plan stage. The plan must be approved before starting the empirical part of the thesis. The thesis must be presented before the maturity test.
