Objective

Students will adopt a way of thinking appropriate to construction economics.

Content

Students will be expected to make quantity calculations and price different jobs and materials for a building project as well as drawing up a schedule based on completed work.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The course is assessed as PASS/FAIL or REQUIRES MORE WORK. To pass the course the project must contain terminology, pricing and quantity calculations that is 90 % accurate.
