Objective
Student will learn basic principles of leading the work and understands the action of people who are working in different organizations. Student will know methods for leading, different structures of organization and the principles of behavior as a team member and also as an individual. Knowing those basics will help student developing efficiency of the work withing financial points of view. Student can also reflect own action in respect of other team members. Student can perceive some industrial viewpoint in leading the work.

Student can determine and use basic concepts in work leading.
