Tavoitteet

Explore skills of successful global leaders and discover what it takes to lead a cohesive global team, this course aims to enhance the participants' personal skills and competencies as leaders and to broaden understanding of key management issues. The curriculum targets to develop your interpersonal and intercultural skills to lead your teams through rapidly changing environment, and challenging times.

The learning outcome of the course:
• Familiarize some general models and theories of leadership
• Obtain knowledge, skills and attitudes to lead effectively
• Develop leadership style and enhance cultural intelligence skills through course projects
• Ethical and sustainable consideration as a leader
• Appreciate the impact of culture to adapt the leadership style
