Objective

The students will be able to coordinate, evaluate and develop evidence-based nursing and quality in changing social and health care environments. The students will understand the importance of strategic management in the development of an organization / work community and are able to combine competence management with strategic planning. The students recognize the factors that maintain and weaken well-being at work and will be able to work to improve well-being at work.
The students will have internalized an entrepreneurial attitude. They will be able to use the basic concepts of business and entrepreneurship appropriately. They will understand the importance of identifying and creating business potential for the purpose of social development and well-being. In addition, the students can describe the basic business functions and understand the basics of profitable business.

Teaching methods

Reppu - verkkokurssi; löytyy nimellä Johtaminen ja yrittäjyysosaaminen sotealla.
Opintojakso suoritetaan pääosin itsenäisesti verkossa.
Orientaatioluennot ovat 19.1.2024 klo 12:30 -15:45. Siihen saat teams-linkin viimeistään viikkoa ennen.

Content scheduling

Opintojaksoa suoriteen omatoimisesti Repussa edeten. Lisäksi yhteinen orientaatioluento.
Johtaminen ja yrittäjyysosaamisen 4 op sisältö jakautuu seuraavasti:
Johtamisen käsitteet: itsensä johtaminen, strateginen johtaminen, osaamisen johtaminen, tiedolla johtaminen ja etäjohtaminen.
Henkilöstön veto- ja pitovoima, rekrytointi ja työhyvinvoinnin elementit
Terveyspalveluiden markkinointi sosiaalisessa mediassa

Työsuojelu osana johtamista kokonaisuus 1 op suoritetaan Leena Lerssille. Suoritus kokonaan verkon kautta, Orientointitunnit tulevat lukujärjestykseen..

Tavoitteet:
Opiskelija:Tunnistaa työhyvinvointia ylläpitäviä ja heikentäviä tekijöitä sekä osaa toimia työhyvinvoinnin kehittämiseksi. Tunnistaa työsuojelun keskeisen lainsäädännön ja perehdyttämisen merkityksen työhyvinvoinnin tukemisessa.
• Sisältö

1 op:Työsuojelu osana johtamista: Työsuojelun keskeinen lainsäädäntö ja sen tuomat velvoitteet. Toimijat ja heidän roolinsa työhyvinvoinnin tukemisessa. Perehdyttäminen osana työhyvinvointia. Haasteita työhyvinvoinnille 2000 -luvulla.

Toteutus
Nauhoitetut luennot ja tentti. Vaarojen arviointi harjoitus ja työhyvinvointisuunnitelman tekeminen. Oman saadun perehdyttämisen arviointi harjoittelussa tai työpaikalla. Oman oppimisen arviointi.

The students are able to use the concepts of corporate finance expertly and extensively and to combine them to form a cohesive whole. The students are able to critically analyse, compare and evaluate their business competence and business practices on the basis acquired knowledge.

The students can evaluate the work community and strive to develop their work community based on evidence.
The students master some quality management tools and are able to apply them in their own work.

The students consistently use business competence concepts. The students are able to name, describe and justify business and entrepreneurial practices. They are able to work independently using acquired knowledge and guidance and apply business techniques and models.
