Objective

The student learns to understand the basics of production operations and production techniques. Understands production operations as processes and adopts the main principles of process management. The student understands the company's production process, including e.g. order-supply chain and outline the logistics chains related to production processes, as well as learn control and efficiency opportunities related to their management.

Basic concepts of production planning and control
Process modeling and management
Order-supply chain of a manufacturing company
Fundamentals of load and material operations
Impact of operations on results and stakeholder cooperation

Student can use concepts of leading fluently. He/She can also analyze work as an individual and team member and make well-grounded suggestions to developing work leading.

Student can explain and portray different leading conceps. He/She also knows possibilities and weaknesses in work leading.
