Objective

Main objective and sub-objectives of the course:

The learner will understand the importance of research and development in the development of professional competence. To be able to identify and exploit the potential of the region for innovative, multidisciplinary professional networking in collaborative networks through multidisciplinary projects.

The student will be able to develop evidence-based activities in support of the organisation's strategy. Students will acquire concrete tools and practices for researching and developing their own work and for development activities.

Tämä opintojakso on toteutettu siten, että oppija voi edetä oman aikataulunsa mukaisesti. Opintojakson opetus ei ole aikaan tai paikkaan sidottua. Opiskelija voi halutessaan tallentaa oppimismateriaaleja omaan käyttöönsä.

Teaching methods

Nonstop-toteutukseen perustava opintojakso, jonka opiskelun voi aloittaa oman aikataulun mukaisesti.

Opintojakson pakollisen tentin voi tehdä haluamanaan ajankohtana Reppu-oppimisympäristössä.

Student workload

Opintojakso on 5 opintopisteen laajuinen. 5 opintopistettä vastaa n. 135 opiskelijan työtuntia.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Hyväksytty suorittaminen edellyttää kaikkien opintojakson tehtävien suorittamista ja tehtävien palauttamista.

Opettaja tarkistaa suorituksia kerran kuukaudessa (pl. kesä- ja heinäkuu) ja tekee merkinnät opintorekisteriin.

This course can be taken without specific entry level requirements. This course is designed for people working in the social work or early childhood education sector. However, learners should have previous studies in the field and experience of working life. This course is ideal for in-service and student training.
