Objective
The aim of this course is to increase the knowledge and awareness on possibilities how to create and manage digital business and new revenue models The student
* understands the basics of the digital environment, new business models, revenue models and digital marketing
* recognize the development or focus area in the sales/business funnel and learn to enhance digital service competence in the organization.
* learn to plan and manage different service channels supporting digitalized objectives.
* understand the changing demands of customers and will have ability to utilize new service platforms in the digital context.

The student can tell the basic concepts of digital business models, understands e-business models and e-strategies and how competition in the Internet affects to formalization of those. The student can describe and identify relevant factors of e-environment that drive the e-business performance.
