Sisällön jaksotus

Kurssin alkupuoli koostuu pääosin luennoista ja niihin liittyvistä tehtävistä, jotka ovat saatavilla verkko-opetusalusta Repussa.

Kurssin jälkimmäinen puolisko koostuu pääosin tietoturva-aiheisista paritöistä.

Kurssin tarkka aikataulutus riippuu ryhmäkoosta ja esitysten määrästä.

Tavoitteet

Students will gain knowledge of current questions pertinent to data security and will know the importance of information security in working life and gets to know information security practices in the organization.

The students will know the foundations, concepts and demands of data security and can use them in their own work. 50 - 65% of points in the exam.

Arviointikriteerit, hyvä (3)

In addition to a satisfactory level of competence the students are able to identify the needs and focus of data security. They will be proficient in data security methods and can use them if necessary. 65 - 90% of points in the exam.

Arviointikriteerit, kiitettävä (5)

The students will know the legislation and focus of data security and understand the importance of risk management. They will be able to compile a data security plan based on risk analysis. 90 - 100% of points in the exam.
