Tavoitteet

The students will have an in depth understanding of the importance of passenger transport in the tourism cluster, also from the perspective of tourism service availability. They will gain proficiency in key sales and reservation services currently used in the tourism industry, including the principles of digital business operations.

The course requires approximately 135 hours of student work. Lectures make up 35 hours, and the remaining 100 hours are related to the assessed project work and the course exam. These amounts are indicative; the actual workload depends on the time the student spends on the tasks.
