Objective

Azure administrators are in charge of project management on Microsoft Azure – a cloud-based platform offering different solutions for different companies. From expansive storage to virtual machines, they are the ones behind smooth operations and completed projects.

This course is developed for the aspiring Azure administrators. It contains all the knowledge you need to run Azure projects effectively and professionally.

Before starting this course, it is highly recommended to complete the Azure Fundamentals course offered in Microsoft Skills for Jobs. During this course we will review some of the areas discussed before, but you will need basic Azure knowledge in order to get the most out of this course.

This course consists of five units:

Basic Azure Services
Storage in Azure
Computing Resources
Virtual Networking
Monitoring and Maintenance

The course can be completed independently according to your own schedule.

The course is an independent online course.

Approximately 81 hours (1 credit = 27 hours)

You must complete every assignment in order to pass the course.

Content scheduling

Degree students are advised to discuss first about completing the course with their tutor teacher.
The course is completed on Edukamu -onlineplatform. Register for the course in cs.edukamu.fi/azure-administrator

For degree students the study credit is automatically registered into PAKKI system within short delay.
