The course is vital for student's professional development especially in the global business environment.

No exams; task due dates must be observed. If the student fails the course, the student can enrol for a retake exam, which constitutes 100% of the assessment.
Kansainvälisyys
The course will discuss the application of Human Resource Practices in a variety of contexts, including small enterprises (SMEs) and larger corporations in both domestic and international environments. Furthermore, the students are from international backgrounds with a variety of professional experiences. This is the international network and connection within the course.

* Forum discussion and review task - Individual task for four topics (5 points each = 20 points)
* Presentations: 1) megatrends and HRM and 2) motivation theories - Group presentation (15 points each = 30 points)
* Final research assignment - Group task interviewing three managers with at least five years of people management experience to research the impact of digitalization on human resource management practices. Produce a group report of 4000-5000 words including literature review, analysis, discussion, and learning reflection (50 points)
