Students will understand the basic principles of project implementation, planning and management. They will be able to manage the main tasks, duties and procedures of contract building and they will be conversant with different types of contract work and contracts.

The students are able to carry out a construction project applying various methods of contracting and implementation for an optimal result. They are able to critically assess contracts and their content suitable in different contexts.

The students are able to use various methods of implementing construction projects and can compare their application. They are proficient in negotiating and making contracts.

The students recognise various forms of contracting and implementing construction projects. They are proficient in basic contracting techniques.
