Objective
The learning objectives are
* enhancing intercultural competence through experiences in virtual environment,
* improving self and social skills through dynamic group formation, role perception, and teamwork under time constraints,
* building methodological competence by solving technical and interdisciplinary problems in a structured, process-oriented manner.
* applying and consolidating business management concepts realistically.
Increasing digital competence by utilizing collaboration tools.
Content
The simulation game is offered and arranged by our partner university from Germany (Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen). The course is fully virtual and participants come from KAMK and Arkansas Tech University in the USA. The participants will be developing solution approaches to a complex and practical problem in the context of international project management, working in multicultural teams while considering also time zone differences.
The course consists of five online meetings via Zoom in May and early June. Participants must be committed to attend all sessions.

Teaching methods
The course is fully arranged online and consists of five meetings arranged late afternoon due to the timezone differences with the partners.

The course is arranged in collaboration with a German partner university as well as a university from the US.

Passing the course requires 100% active participation and submitting a learning diary.
