Sisällön jaksotus

Kurssiin kuuluu aloitus- ja päätöskokous, jotka molemmat pidetään verkossa. Kurssin aikana opiskelijalla on mahdollisuus kuunnella ennalta tallennettuja luentoja.
Keskustelutilaisuudessa esitellään projektityön tulokset.
Käytännön projektityöt tehdään ryhmissä, kun taas tentti suoritetaan itsenäisesti.
Ryhmät muodostetaan Repussa kurssin alussa.

Tavoitteet

The aim of this course is to develop the course participant´s ability to apply customer experience management strategy as a core element of customer value management. This includes new perspectives on the customer experience management and exploitation of touchpoint data to support marketing and business decisions. In this approach, the customer is the central to long-term strategy. The student will learn to use selected methods for analyzing the customer experience and developing a customer-centric strategy which supports the designing of the processes, services of a company that will help to boost profits, margins, and customer loyalty.

Aika ja paikka

Kurssi toteutetaan verkko-opetuksena kevätlukukaudella aikataulun mukaisesti.
Suurin osa kurssista opiskellaan itsenäisesti tai ryhmissä. Oppimisympäristönä toimii Reppu, joka on käytettävissä 9. maaliskuuta - 31. toukokuuta 2026.

Arviointi tapahtuu kaksi viikkoa tehtävien viimeisten määräaikojen jälkeen. Kurssitehtävien palautuspäivät sovitaan opiskelijaryhmän kanssa kurssin alussa.

Oppimateriaalit

Oppimateriaalit ja kurssimateriaali ovat saatavilla Repussa ja niitä päivitetään kurssin aikana.

Opetusmenetelmät

Kurssi koostuu kahdesta verkkotapaamisesta: aloitustilaisuudesta ja päätöstilaisuudesta, sekä ennalta nauhoitetuista luennoista.
Luentojen lisäksi tarjolla on itsenäisiä oppimistehtäviä Repussa. Nämä tehtävät auttavat sinua harjoittelemaan ja ymmärtämään kurssin keskeistä sisältöä.

Lisäksi kurssi sisältää kaksi ryhmätyönä tehtävää projektitehtävää, jotka ovat kumpikin arvoltaan noin 2 opintopistettä (4 opintopistettä), mikä vastaa noin 100 työtuntia. Projektit ohjaavat sinua oppimasi tiedon soveltamisessa.

Projektitehtävät arvostellaan numeerisesti ja ne muodostavat pääosan kurssin arvioinnista. Lopuksi on Reppu-koe, joka muodostaa yhden opintopisteen kurssin arvosanasta. Koe arvioidaan asteikolla hyväksytty/hylätty.

Tenttien ajankohdat ja uusintamahdollisuudet

Tentti suoritetaan verkkotenttinä Reppu-ympäristössä kurssin lopussa.
Tarkat päivämäärät sovitaan kurssin aloitustilaisuudessa.

Toteutuksen valinnaiset suoritustavat

Kurssilla ei ole valinnaista suoritustapaa.

Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus

Kurssi vaatii noin 135 tuntia opiskelijan työtä.
Luentojen osuus on 10 tuntia. Loput 125 tuntia on varattu arvioitaville projektitöille ja kurssin kokeelle.

Nämä luvut ovat suuntaa antavia, ja todellinen työmäärä riippuu siitä, kuinka paljon aikaa kukin opiskelija päättää käyttää opiskeluun.

- Demonstrate some ability to develop an argument but can lack fluency

- Some contextualization but with a heavy reliance on a limited number of sources and, in general, the breadth and depth of sources and research are lacking

- Good to very good understanding, exploration, insight, and application of the theories and concepts learned.
- No significant inaccuracies, misunderstandings or errors
- Clear adherence to all specifications for the assessment task, including word limit where appropriate
- The organization, structure, and standard of output, including any subject-specific conventions, where appropriate, are of reasonable to good quality throughout
- Evidence of sufficiently effective communication of work
- Ability to present structured, clear and concise arguments
- The work has been approached and/or executed/performed in a comprehensive way with some degree of originality
- Evidence of sufficient ability to reach appropriate decisions based on incomplete or complex evidence
- Evidence of reasonable to good quality analysis, synthesis, evaluation and critical appraisal
- Evidence of sufficient problem solving skills and ability to suggest alternative approaches

- Evidence of effective communication of work to peers and others
- Offer stimulating and rigorous arguments that are likely to be at the limits of what may be expected at this level
- The coursework has been executed/performed in an original way
- Outstanding ability to reach appropriate decisions based on incomplete or complex evidence

Lisätiedot

Tekoälyn käyttöohjeet – mukaan lukien sen mahdollisuudet ja rajoitukset – käydään läpi ensimmäisen kerran kurssin tehtävien yhteydessä (Arenen tekoälysuositusten pohjalta).

Annettujen ohjeiden noudattamatta jättäminen voi johtaa kurssin hylkäämiseen. Jos näin on vain yksittäisen tehtävän kanssa, opiskelijan on tehtävä tehtävä uudelleen hyväksytyn arvosanan saamiseksi.

Kahdesta yhteisestä verkko-opetuskerrasta tehdään tallenteet, joita voi kuunnella myöhemmin.

Kuten kaikkien kurssien kohdalla, kurssille on mahdollista hakea opintojen siirtoa tai aiemman osaamisen tunnustamista (AHOT), mukaan lukien mahdollisuus integroida aiempaa kokemusta osaamisen validoinnin kautta.
