Introduction to the pricipals and concepts of3D game graphics.
Basics if 3DS MAX
Content
3ds Max navigation and interface
Basic tools for low polygon modelling
UWMapping
Basic animation
Cameras
Lighting and rendering
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The students are able to create basic 3D models, UW map it and make a simple animation using 3DS Max.
They are able to create a a simple texture, and make rendering using basic light settings.
Pass: 80% attendance and all work submitted.
