The student is able to apply the gained coaching knowledge in practice (real life coaching environment).
Toteutustavat
Independently in work-life environment.
Suoritustavat
The student finds the practical training place for her-/himself and agrees the coaching tasks with the working life supervisor. Student makes the self-assessment of own coaching skills and set up the goals for training period. The student coaches 130 hours in practice and makes the post self-assessment and and report of the training period.
