Objective
Students will know how important management and HR leadership is in an organization in terms of achieving targets. Students will also be familiar with the typical forms of group work employed in their field of education.

The students are able to use different leadership methods and forms of group work. They are able to organise the tasks of different parties in a building project as required. They are proficient in procedures for meetings.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The students are able to differentiate between group and team work. They are able to utilise various features of their staff. They understand the significance of professional ethics and work according to high study ethics themselves.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The students have clear communication skills and can demonstrate how it is possible to do good work with the help of emotional intelligence. The students are able to utilise various working methods in different work situations.
