Objective

The student understands the importance of entrepreneurship in society and knows the basic concepts of entrepreneurship. The student understands the prerequisites for a profitable business and knows how to prepare simple profitability analyzes and calculations. The student knows the basics of the most important operations of a productive enterprise.

Content

The meaning of business, the basic concepts and operating environment of business, business planning, the basics of business economics and accounting, profitability calculation, the basic functions of a manufacturing company (production, management and sales and marketing), the basics of company law and a simulation exercise of the operation of a manufacturing company.
