Objective

The Retail Competence package includes three study courses: 1.The Operating Environment and Competitive Means of Retail, (2.Departmental Personnel and Sales Management, and 3.Key Figures and Management.) The aim of the package is to prepare students for working in the retail industry and for creating a career.
The aim of this course is for the student to know how to use competitive means in the field of retail. The student knows the operating environment, customer relationships and chain structures of retail. He/she has a picture of entrepreneurship in the industry.
