Objective
Student
- is able to form a strategy and a vision for an organisation/company/work community with the help of a
project, as well as to develop activity based on the goals of a regional and national funding programme
- is able to plan, implement and assess a project process entity
- is familiar with regional, national and international project funding possibilities and is able to write a project funding application
- is able to draft a communication and writing plan for a project, and to utilise it in project communication
- is able to manage multi-discipline and multi-professional project organisations communally
- is able to critically assess project work from the viewpoint of working life and research, development and innovation development
- is able to stabilise, anchor and bridge the results and outputs of a project

Opintojakso toteutuu nyt 4 kerran yhteistyössä Lapin amk:n opettaja Martti Ainosen kanssa. Opintojakso alkaa aloituswebinaarilla 29.4.2020 klo. 14-16, jossa yleisinfo opintojaksosta ja ohjeistus ennakkotehtävään ja hankeideaan. Toinen webinaari 3.6.2020 klo. 13-16, jossa käsitellään ennakkotehtävää ja ohjeistetaan hankesuunnitelman tekemiseen. Kolmas webinaari 26.8.2020 klo. 12-17, jossa käsitellään opiskelijoiden hankesuunnitelmia. Opintojakso päättyy 16.9.2020.

-aims at developing the organisation's/company's/work community's project activity in line with the objectives of the chosen funding programme
-is able to draft a project plan and funding application to support it, but does not master these issues on the whole
-is able compose communication, writing and assessment plans which describe the project
-is able to set up a project organization that supports the project
-aims at managing the project planning in a goal-oriented, systematic way
-is aware of the utization of the results and outputs of the project
