Objective
Students will gain practical experience of work tool planning and design and the problems encountered in such a process thus having the opportunity to apply previously acquired theoretical knowledge to solve such problems.
Content
A practical research and/or planning task linked to mechnical engineering studies.

rojektissa arvioidaan kolmea alla mainittua osa-aluetta. Arviointi hyväksytty / hylätty. Hyväksyttävän tason kriteerit ovat seuraavat:
Toimintaympäristöosaaminen
-Opiskelija osaa toimia projektin kannalta tarkoituksen mukaisella tavalla projektin tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi
Tiedonhallintaosaaminen
-Opiskelija osaa kriittisesti valita ja analysoida ajankohtaista tietoa joka palvelee projektia sekä opiskelijan osaamisen kehittymistä
Reflektio-osaaminen
-Opiskelija osaa realistisesti ja kriittisesti arvioida oman toiminnan lähtökohtia, tavoitteita, tuloksia ja omaa oppimistaan.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The students are able to use the central concepts and technologies of their field in tool planning. They are able to work as part of the project team taking others into consideration.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The students are able to use, name and describe the basic concepts of their field systematically and can apply them as required in tool planning . They are able to work professionally in customer situations and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The students are able to use a wide range of professional concepts of their field with expertise and can present alternative procedures. They are able to analyse, reflect and critically assess their own competence and can work in a customer and goal-oriented manner to develop working life as part of a team.
