Objective

Students will be familiar with leadership models, organisation structural models and the basics of group and individual behaviour; if required, this knowledge is used as the basis of improving efficiency and profitable operations in an organisation.

Opetus alkaa viikolla 3/2021 ja luennot viikoittain lukujärjestyksen mukaisesti.

Teaching methods

Osallistava ja aktivoivat opetus. Luentojen lisäksi keskustelua, webinaareja, artikkeleita ja niiden sisältöjen käsittelyä pienryhmissä ja koko ryhmä kesken.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students are able to define and use concepts as stipulated in the learning objectives and can describe the concepts in terms of their own organisation.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The students are able to explain and describe concepts as stipulated in the learning objectives present in their own organisation while recognising possible stregths and development targets and making suggestions on how to develop activities.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The students are able to use and combine concepts as stipulated in the learning objectives. They are able to analyse their work and the work of the group and make reasoned suggestions on how to develop activities.
