Tavoitteet

The course helps participants to deepen their understanding of the key essence about business networks. Through this course, participants will learn the different kinds of networks and their significance in business life, how to coordinate them more effectively in order to achieve strategic goals of the company.

The participants will also understand the underlying logic of different types of strategic nets, learning and knowledge transfer within the network, potential sources of conflict and conflict resolution strategies.

Learning and knowledge in the network context
Sources of conflict in networks and conflict resolution
